new samsung phone

Just bought a samsung s25 as my old samsung a50 only gets 3g.  Anyways, trying to activate new phone but i need to put in a nano sim card (old phone has a micro) so other option is scan my qr code from public.  Have no idea where to find this QR code.  Does anyone know where to find this?

a50 uses nano sim as well.  It should work

and in case you need to buy a new sim card , get it in person from Telus or Koodo or Mobile Klink store for $10 or from Amazon for $5

Congrats on your new phone.

As indicated, you just have to pop out the sim card to the one you desire.

New Samsung phones now requires you to "unlock" the phone via physical SIM. Without doing this you cannot get into the phone, not even through wifi.

Once that's done, then you can switch to esim.  You have to download the Public Mobile app to the S25 and from the Account section purchase sim card.

You do Not activate new phone. You activate PM service (if you do not have one yet).

Just move your SIM from one phone to another. Usually SIM card are NANO with adapters to other bigger sizes. If your current SIM card is Micro then you have to get new 3-in-1 PM SIM card and transfer number and then stick nano into your new phone.
