All customers now pay their full plan price, @TedRomon , and the rewards which used to be monetary reductions on renewals are now transitioned to Public Points we all 'earn' for the various ways we used to earn dollar rewards.
To benefit from Public Points, users now have to login to their self-serve portal, go to the Rewards section, and use the points they've earned to either get a bill credit or purchase add-ons which can be chosen from available public points balances.
[ In your situation (and this is just a guess as we're just other customers like you on this forum), you may have had 5 years of service and used auto-pay, which would have resulted in a $7/month savings on your monthly bill amount. ]

Yes but it depends how many referrals you have.
No more $2 credit for AutoPay and all your referrals are now in points. 5% in points on your monthly plan.
Once you have collected 15 points you can redeem for a $15 credit.
