hello there something is wrong , i keep going in circles. im trying to activate a new sim nd get my account going . i made payment but it will not let me proceed further

we are just customers like you and we cannot help with money back. 

But what we can do is to try to understand your situation and try to suggest you what you can do.

Once thing we have suggested is to submit ticket with agent, they will help to activate your account and money back for your 2nd charges.  Please don't wait and submit the ticket by message here:

@miltoninnsonia  "how do I get my money back".  I edited my previous post to give you the contact for customer service.  I'm pretty sure this will be an easy problem to fix though so if you are using the app as we told you and still having problems they will be able to help get you set up

@miltoninnsonia   Are you using the Public Mobile app as suggested earlier?  It is needed for the activation, you cannot complete it on the website.  If you're using the app, where are you getting stuck?  Are you seeing two payments on your credit card?  Sometimes one is pending and will disappear but if not perhaps it's best to contact customer service by private message using this link

They will reply via your community inbox, you'll either see a red mark on the envelope icon top right, or click on your avatar and select "messages"

this is a new account with a new sim card. they took two payments now and i still not able to use my phone

@miltoninnsonia , are you trying to do this on the website or the Public Mobile app?

The account needs to be setup & activated through the app.

@miltoninnsonia   Is this a new account or an old account with a new sim?  I think you mean the former.  If so, are you  using the app or the website?  The Public Mobile app is needed to activate a new account (you don't need to keep it afterwards).

We had a similar challenge. Has your SIM card arrived? Ours went in circles as well and then after about a week it all sorted itself out. I spent lots of time with the online chat person. They were really helpful and also refunded me as I accidentally paid twice.
