Hi , I created new account and bought a new eSim , it showed up QR code I was working other screen, my account got logged out but unfortunately I did not take screenshot. Now I tried to login to account to get the QR code not able to login. can some one help me . it is quite urgent.

@vasu1122 , Please use the link that @Handy1 provided to send a private message to a CS_Agent for help. You may not hear back from them until the morning. They will ask you verification questions to very it is your account (for your own security)
After the CS_Agent helps you with the QR Code make sure that you reboot your phone then go to your cellular settings make sure that “ Turn On This Line “ (for iPhone ) is selected. (I am not positive where the setting is on a different phone to turn it on, possibly ‘Turn on your eSIM under Mobile Network’) & reboot your phone once more.

i have ported number and then confirmed the porting from the existing service then received welcome email with QR code.
issue is resolved

welcome email does not have any QR code

There should be a QR code sent by PM to the registered email.
Check the Spam section if you don’t see it on the primary section.

it is asking me to download the app and continue but when I download I am not seeing the QR code after login.
login is working fine in app

@vasu1122 Check your welcome email on computer the QR code should be there and scan it with phone to install
