new customer and not compatible Esim so how do I get sim card as Ive tried every way

I just signed up and paid for 3 months and thought my sim card would work....not compatible it says and yet I can figure out how to purchase a sim card for the $5 it says in my new subscription and the app or web browser wont allow me any further on my activiation.  Sometimes says I dont have an account?? Impossible as Ive paid today and cant get help on this.   Could really use some advice as Im very frustrated.  Thank you

Nope no additional fee for mail or pickup but you have to make arrangements ahead of time before dropping in.
