Hello , after I created my sons account and added my referral code to his account, it dawned on me I don't remember pushing the add button when I put the Promo code 12MONTHS12GB to my account creation earlier. Can someone insure that this happened ?

@hockeybonkers You'll need to submit a ticket and ask customer support to add promo code to the account. Here's link to chatbot or send private message to CS_Agent if unable to submit a ticket.

BTW, there's currently 15GB/$40 plan also available in self serve account (time limited offer) and the data allotment doesn't change after 12 months. You can schedule a plan change to this offer by selecting the correct $40 plan after selecting Plans/Add-ons page and then Change My Plan option. However, you will not be able to get the 12GB bonus promo data stacked on top of this, although you can ask customer support about that if you submit a ticket.

If you don't see the promotion show in your "Promotions" section under their self-serve site within several days, then contact a CSA by going under "Get Help" above and search customer support agent.
