Hi, i am trying to get a new account. It said error 820. What does this mean?

Did you already enter the payment information? If you did, check your credit card to make sure that you weren't charged.
Are you using the Public mobile app to activate? If using browser, try using the PM app.

Hey @Lincolnpaul it means the payment went through but the activation failed. Best to reach a CS Agent to help
