We changed providers Sept 28/2025. We paid our accounts on Sept 17/25 and Sept 28/25 by preauthorized to our credit card. As we pay in advance we are expecting a credit back to our credit card and trust no more charges will be forthcoming.

Since Public mobile is prepaid, there are no refunds if customers leave to another mobile company. No pro-rating of plans or refunds unfortunately. Once you port out, your PM account is closed and you will not be charged further.
Ideally, we recommend porting out of Public mobile a few days before their payment date.
