if you have a new phone and still have the old sim, you can move it there

if you don't have the old sim card, and bought a new sim card already, you can login My Account and make change to sim card number yourself if you can login.  In case you cannot receive 2FA, when you login and asked for 2FA, you can click Didn't receive code and then select Send email.   Just go to Profile page, click on the pencil besides sim card number and you can update the sim card yourself.

if you cannot login My Account, message PM and they will help.
