Hi I need assistance in processing a refund - I am unable to transfer my number to public.

unfortunately when it comes to the company losing money, they don't reply. i know friends who have sent in tickets and have already received replies

Just have to wait. Check your avatar on top right

Hi there I'm having the same issue and messaged CS as well. I have not received a reply for over 3 hours. Unbelievable.

Then you will need to contact customer service agent to explain your situation and hopefully, they can help with this request.

I did not check the number first as I didn't think this would be an issue. I cannot transfer the number to public/koodo/telus at all.

I spoke to customer service - it's unable to be transferred to telus system.

Since Public mobile is prepaid, in general, there are no refunds.  

Why are you unable to transfer your number?  Maybe the community members can help.  

Did you check the eligibility of your phone number for transfer?

What is the error or reason given that you cannot transfer? Have you downloaded the public mobile app?

Check if your phone can be transferred first. Whi are you transferring  from?
