eSIM didn’t activate when I set it up during the port over.

when I set up my account last night it looked like everything went though and then it said I had to wait for the esim to start working. After an hour it said esim activation failed and I should Contact support.

I tried using the QR code that came in my activation email and that isn’t working either.

Any assistance in getting my phone working would be much appreciated.

Thanks for that info.

@Inathani   Their advertised  hours are 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. EST.  I believe that is 7 days a week but response might be a bit slower at the weekend.

Okay i have done that, any idea of support hours on the weekend?
