Hi I am a former public mobile user and need a copy of my old statement for tax purposes. I transferred out of public mobile to another provider but was not aware that I would lose access to my account so quickly. Please advise. thanks!

hi @riamo yes, you won't be able to access your account after it is closed, but PM agent can prepare the invoices for you

Public Mobile can only go back up to 1 year from today. Reach them to get help.

@riamo you need PM CS agent to get the old statement. You can engage them by direct message
