you have trouble with activation? were you using the PM app?
if you cannot login the app to continue the activation, ask PM support to help. They won't call you, you will need to submit ticket here

Contact the customer support chat and ask them to reinitiate the transfer.
double check your account number from your previous carrier and make sure your previous sim is still in the phone.
