need agent to process porting transfer cs_agent

Public Mobile needs to send a request to Bell to port in my cell number. I requested earlier today, but there was a problem with an earlier request on Wednesday with a different carrier.  I have resolved that but they said Public Mobile needs to request again and it will go through. Also - I do not want to install an eSim . I bought a Public Mobile sim card which I would like to activate.

@parasol  If this is about your US add on problem then the phone number will not help as they only deal with number transfer problems.  You would need to contact customer service via private message as suggested to you in the other thread/s.
