my voicemail does not work and issues receiving calls

I have just joined yesterday, and my voicemail does not work also having issues with getting calls from my home phone or my daughter's phone.  but can get calls from other people

What provider is your home phone and your daughters phone? What providers are the successful calls?

What isn't working for voicemail?
