my plan is stuck in "suspended"

I have tried to pay or change my plans but to no avail. in fact it just shown an error when i try to change my plans. no joke the whole page terns into an error that says contact site moderator. but you CAT BECASE PUBLIC MOBLE DOES THIS DUMB **bleep** WHERE YOU HAVE TO TALK ON A FORUM!!!

 

also i have missed job interview calls because of this **bleep**. i have spent an hour on this crap. i hate BELL and TELUS but its better than whatever the hell this mess it.

@Dewald I must have missed the part said that I HAD to talk on the forum before contacting a moderator. Nothing stopping you from submitting a ticket as others have pointed out. If the customer service model here does not suit your needs you should not have signed up. They are very clear on their main page that all customer service is online. Perhaps with your needs you would be better served with a higher tier provider.

If you do contact a moderator you might want to be a little more diplomatic as most of us here don’t share your views on Telus Bell. I am sure your problem will  be solved and your opinion will improve.

Hi @Dewald ,

 

Are you new to Public Mobile...did you just activate or port over a number?

 

If you are not new and you still have services this could be your account going through the normal renewal process. The SELF SERVE account can say "expired" or "suspended" on the day of or before your plan is due to renew. So if this is the case, ignore these messages.

 

If you have no services, and it is past your renewal, maybe your autopay failed?

Try topping up your account in your SELF SERVE or by calling 611 to your plan amount. If still no service (still saying suspended) go into the lost/stolen feature in your SELF SERVE account and hit "Resume".

Reboot your phone. All okay now?

 

You have mentioned you are trying to change your plan...so after all the above, can you now get to your "Change Plan" option?

Sorry to hear about  your troubles.

Website can be finicky.  Try to clear cache or incognito mode.  Or a different web browser.  If using mobile platform, maybe try to change via desktop or laptop.  

 

If you need to change credit card information, make sure that the address exactly matches the credit card company information.  If apartment number, keep that section blank

 @Dewald : Perhaps try a different browser or use incognito/privacy mode or clear cache/site cookies.

You can also buy vouchers online or in many stores or Instant Top-ups in a few stores to reactivate.

And there's the 611 service to enter those vouchers rather than the self-serve.

contact a moderator you can do so by clicking the chat bubble at the lower right corner,to avoid going around in circles with Simon say that you want a human to speak to, a ticket will then be generated briefly mention your issue 

 you should get a response between 2 to 48 hours a reply should show up in your little envelope in the top right corner, you can also  send a private message to the Moderators by clicking here.
