Hi, my phone was suspended, I paid the bill, shows as being active, but phone still can't call, receive calls or texts. suggestions?

So you have two accounts now? Was that intentional?

thanks for the suggestions. it turns out I got a new sim #, and when I paid, it went to the old sim #, not the new sim #.

try: reboot phone / take sim out/ test on another phone

Do what @darlicious recommended by holding down the power button and power off then power back on.
