so my email isnt linked with my number and i cant change my plan, apparently my number is linked with another email what do i do now.....

Do you know how long it takes to get a reply from them? It’s been 2 days…

no worry, please open a ticket with PM support and they will sort it out for you:

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on top right) after the ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply to you there

ive been trying to contact customer service and they still havent reached back to me... how can i link my phone number to my email because its linked to another email address. im trying to get my account information but i cant. i have already sent an email to customer service and still no reply....

@zakaria3 so, you cannot login now with the email ? support can help you.  Don't open ticket via Chatbot, it doesn't work.  Message support: https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437

@zakaria3 but can you login your My Account using that "another email"?

and PM system is one email for one line/account.  Any chance you got different accounts and you got mixed up with the email used on each account?

To change the email back to the one you want, if you have access to My Account, you can go to Profile page, Manage EverSafe ID and make the change
