I purchased a second number, and that number doesn't work in my phone. My first number is also with public. There's no issue, but the second SIM card shows no service. I've already activated a plan for it and paid. Pls advise. Thanks!

@sidongfu , did you confirm that your second account is active? Check also the SIM card number registered in the account to make sure it matches. If you convenient check using a different phone to rule out phone problems. If this troubleshooting doesn't identify any problems, I suggest contacting the moderator team for assistance. The moderator team can be reached via private message using smartforms which is initiated by clicking on the ? on the lower right corner of the webpage or try using this link. @sidongfuSwap your new SIM card into a known working phone to figure out if it is an issue with your phone or SIM card. If it has been narrowed down to the SIM card you will need to contact the moderators by clicking on the ? on the lower right hand corner.. expect to hear from them in 2 days.
