Is work data working yet?
It can be:
1) your data is turned off
2) your need to input the APN. I don't have it right now, but it's a simple google search away.

Did you make sure data isn't turned off on your phone? That happened to me once, although I have no clue how.

@Melycat You have posted to an old thread. In future you will have more assurance of help by creating your own topic on the forum (which I have done for you today), or sending a private message directly to the moderators.
In this situation first login to you account and confirm the plan is correct and a data add-on is showing under Add-ons. If there is none, you have used all the data allowance.
