Hi team
currently I was activating public mobile which is unlimited t&t with 500mb+500mb data.
I already checked APN but still not working.
T&T are working well. I dont know what happend.
Please check my data status

You will find PM does things a bit differently.

@WONJARHEE First try:
Reset Network Settings - LG G4
From a Home screen, navigate: Apps > Settings > Backup & reset.
Tap Network settings reset.
Tap RESET SETTINGS.
Tap Reset Settings.
If data is still not working then you need to do the following:
Edit: Make sure you have a backup of your phone before doing a reset.
From Settings: Select “Apps” > “Settings” > “Backup & reset” > “Factory data reset” > “Reset phone” > “Delete all” > “OK“.

LG phones are notorious for needing a minimum of a network reset. If that doesn't work (don't forget to restart the phone after), back up your data and do a a factory reset.

LG phones are notorious for data issues. First, try a nework reset and reboot.

@WONJARHEE with the lg usually you have to reset your network settings and if that doesn't work reset the phone back to factory and then the data works! Also apn is separate of text and calls thats why everything else works but the data and probably the picture messages won't work either

You may need to configure the APN settings as follows
https://apn-canada.gishan.net/en/apn/public-mobile
Restart phone after changes.
Enable data on your phone.

I would power down the device remove sim card. Reinstall sim and power back up if it is stll not working click on ? on bottom right and have a moderator look into the issue.

my data limit is 1024mb and i used 0.26mb on my online account

@WONJARHEE can you check your account to see if it list your data used? If it doesn't list it then it's all used up

Try re starting your device and re try. If you just signed up it may take a little bit for everything to start working. If not sign into your self serve account and see how much data you show that you have left.
