I can't log into my account my email needs to be changed because it has been hacked and no longer works

If you have been in nonpay/suspended status for over 90 days, then you lost your Public Mobile account, phone number, and access to self serve.
If the account is currently in suspended status you can also look into obtaining a voucher to make a payment through 611, see here: https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/on/get-help/articles?q=vouchers

If you do not wish to go the voucher route, and you want to use an accepted card for payment, then you will need CSA's help if your email is not allowing you to log in or change your password (if currently suspended).

ok. i hear you... @melindacorkum84
if your email is has been hacked.. not a problems do at your email website for forgot password and set new password if you know all info about inside your email or by phone number if you added your number it's to easy to get back
but if you don't know inside your email any info then forgot about and make new one.

can you access to your email? if yes the use browser from computer,and clear cache and cookies and use one page inPrivate mode, or safari on private mode, then Reset Password
after successful reset passowrd the close all browser, and one page inPrivate mode,To Login Page
if no then change email and set new password. above in my post has link contact to them.

Are you currently suspended? Do you know your 4 digit account pin number? If you know your PIN number you can call 611 and pay with your credit card on file. Alternatively you can pay with a voucher through 611 to get your service up and working. Then you can get the 2FA verification code through SMS text to access your account.
You will however have to get a customer support agent who change your email if you cannot or do not have access to your current one anymore. Create a new email address preferably one that is account specific to your public mobile account this provides better security for your account. You will then have to contact customer support an answer extra verification questions in order to change your email so be prepared to answer questions about your credit card on file and the history of your account.

So you forgot your password and your account is suspended? The email address here is just a login id. It could even be fake. But you need to remember the password.
If you know your 4 digit account pin and you have a valid registered credit card then you could 611 to pay.
You could use 611 with vouchers and no need for the pin. Or real time payments
Then figure out the account access and changing the email address.

contact PM support team by CS_Agent to change email and set new password.
and change the community email address by yourself My settings - Community (publicmobile.ca)
to keep all accounts for same email for rewards,
