@SamT10 Where did the number come from originally, did you get it from Public Mobile or port it in from another carrier? If it was a Telus, Koodo or Public Mobile number and it hasn't yet been re-assigned you could ask customer support if you can get it back but it's a long shot. Have you tried calling it to see if anyone answers? If you want to try your luck with customer service send a private message using this link

when did your old account with that number get deactivated ? Longer than 90 days and it's gone back to wherever it originally came from. You could dial it to see if it's been re-assigned yet.

I'm not sure what you mean by your old number was removed. Do you mean you lost it due to non-payment for over 90 days?
