how to cancel an account which hasnt been activated

if you've already paid for the new PM account, you may as all give it a 30 day test run as they usually don't provide refunds. You can ask for refund but don't be surprised if your request is denied.  If you have not activated an account and not paid, then you can walk away whenever you like. My suggestion though is tgo give PM a 30 day try out...you'll be surprised how good it is $aving moolah.
