It can take up to 3 weeks to receive a physical SIM card when ordering it from Public Mobile's website. It sounds like there could be an issue in your case since it has surpassed that point. I would recommend reaching out to customer service to report the issue. You can write to them by using the following link and consider asking for a reimbursement or for them to reissue a new SIM:

In addition, there are other ways to purchase SIM cards if you do not want to wait 3 weeks by repurchasing from the Public Mobile site.

@Pann Probably got lost in the mail . Submit ticket with support . See if you can buy one from koodo telus store or from Amazon . And if you can get credit for it
