Can't access my account. When I log in I get (Step one, choose a plan) I already have an account . My phone is working fine. Can't get m My ACCOUNT to open. This has been going on for about a week now.

the error means the login and My Account are somehow disconnected. But if you have the service still, no worries., you just need PM support agent to fix it

If you HAVE active account at PM try using computer to access it. Clear cache, use incognito mode. Try different browsers. Do not start changing password right away!
