Hi, I made my payment that was due. My account expired today Aug, 28 and is showing zero balance but my account wont reactivate. I have a job interview in a few hours and want to make sure my phone doesn't deactivate. Any help would be appreciated.

The normal PM renewal process is expired, then suspended, payment comes out. Once your phone is working properly ignore it.

@ecapper It is typical, if you have service, everything is ok. Tomorrow your self-service will show the correct info.

That kind of freaked me out the first time too! Everyone says as long as you have service you're ok.

@ecapper do you have service? if you do, just ignore the self serve warning. the renewal process is expired, suspended, active.
