my account login not working with new eversafe not logging me in to my existing account

when i log in now with the new eversafe it asking me to create a new subscription .. what the heck is going on with the application deployment?

all i want to do is see my current subscription and change my credit card information for monthly payments.

thanks, i was able to at least put in a ticket now,  with the link.  before i could not following the help area

no need to create a new subscription.  The EverSafe system just unable to find your account.  Please just submit a ticket with CS agent here and they will help
