Hi,
I tried my password more than 3 times and I was out of luck, so my account has been locked out so that I cannot even request my password through web site? how can I resolve this issue?

Hi my wife plan did not renew and she forgot her password she tried several times but got locked out

This is so frustrating. I haven't logged into my account for like a year and forgot my password. I've tried requesting it through "forgot my password" and PMing a mod and still nothing. I don't know my pin, I just need to log in and update my payment info.
This is my work phone and service is now temporarily stopped on my account. Retrieving your password and updating your payment info should not be this difficult.
Ugh ...

Hi there

Hi @Phill, Sorry to hear about your account troubles.
If you haven't already done so, you will need to send a private message to the moderators team, indicating your phone number, account number & account pin. They will be able to reset it for you.

You have replied to an old thread - for future reference you have a better chance of being helped if you are posting your questions in their own thread.
You need to reach out to the moderator team - they are PM employees and can help with account issues. How do I change phone plans & credit cards for the payment?
Do I call *611 for that?
@Totalrookie If you are still wondering; those cannot be done from *611. For plans click Change Plan under Account Status; for credit cards go to the Payment tab and then click Manage My Card.
