im trying to login to my new REWARDS ACCOUNT , apparently its a separate login now. I dont remember setting a password for that, now when i login and reset the password (from the email link) IT TELL ME ENTER MY OLD PASSWORD!! Whats the point of a password reset if i dont know the old password! They changed the rewards access page as if something was wrong with it! Smh…

Does your device or browser remember your My Account password? You may be able to check the password manager to check what the password is. Then once you log into My Rewards once, it should save that information for you.

HI@Goodlife062404 , My Rewards uses the same username(your email ) and password as My Account. Make sure you can login to My Account first, then you can use the same username/password as My Rewards.
If it said locked, wait an hour and try again.
If still fails, then you will need to open ticket with PM Support and they can reset for you (without asking you for your old password I hope. LoL)

If you login to your account then just use the same user name and same password.
Don’t know why PM can’t link the My Rewards to the current account like before the Points system.

@Goodlife062404 Yes you need to log in again with the same username/password as for your self serve account. Really stupid set up!
