@shiffaomar If she won't be gone longer than 90 days beyond her last renewal don't worry. She won't lose her number and can make the payment when the returns.

You have to access her Public Mobile account using the email address and pw. Do you have that information?

She doesn't have autopay setup? You would need to know her login information to make a payment or have her phone.
