Hello,

 

For my phone number 7**-***-***2, I can not make calls. It says 8UV1 can not make calls something. Appreciate your quick response and resolution.

Site policy requires that you not show personal information on this open forum that is readable whether logged in or not. You should edit your post.

 

To add to all of the above great troubleshooting questions...

Did you dial a 1 in front of the 10 digit number?

If the number is a business would you be willing to post it so others can try it out? NOT if a personal number! (or if you don't want anyone knowing you wish to talk to a particular business 🙂 )

Is the other number in service?

How long have you been a customer? Did you just port in or open a new account?

 

What plan are you on? Do you have minutes left? Does your account show active in self serve?


What happens if you call yourself?

 

What happens if someone calls you?

 

Does this happen to every single number you try to call? How many numbers did you try? What happens if you call 611?

 

Does your data/ mms / texting work? Are you connected to the public mobile network? Have you tried turning air plane mode on, then off?

 

Did you try going into self serve and marking your account as LOST/STOLEN then logging off, waiting a few minutes, logging back in and say you found your phone? (This often resets your sim)
