I received an offer a few months ago to change my plan to 15G per month at the higher speed for $40 to start with my next billing; i have not received the extra data as of yet. what do I need to do?

Did you get charged $40+tax?
Try using different browser. Try Incognito/private mode. Clear browser’s cache. Try forced refresh. Use computer and not phone to log in.

@jblyde , are you able to access your online account? If so, please check it using incognito mode on your browser to confirm what plan you are on. If you are not on the $40/15GB plan, go to the plans and add-on tab and manually change to this plan. I suggest future dating the change for the next scheduled renewal so you don't lose the current plan cycle.
