MMS works only when DATA is set on. It will Not use your data allowance but has to be on to send/receive MMS.

 @highschool17 : The above has a typo in the MMS Proxy. It should be mmscproxy.mobility.ca. It needs another m.

@highschool17 - if your data option is turned on, try a restart of the device, or perform a Reset of your Network Settings.

Iphone:

To Reset Network Settings, begin by opening the Settings app. Next, tap General -> Transfer or Reset iPhone -> Reset -> Reset Network Settings. and enter your passcode.

Your iPhone will reset network settings and restart itself.

android:

Find and tap Settings > System > Advanced > Reset options > Reset network settings.

This also resets Wi-Fi networks and passwords, cellular settings, and VPN and APN settings that you've used before.

@highschool17

Along with checking if your data is enabled. Also check if your MMS Messaging is enabled if you have an iPhone.
