when you purchased the Add-ons for US roaming 10 day package you are in US,
tried use browser from computer, clear cache and cookies and use one page inPrivate mode,
To Login Page
go to your account do you see that amount at Available Fund then ok go to repurchase
you will get verification code by email or SMS
and inserting the 6 digit number and not press anything
just wait a 5 second automatically be login,,

No, I understand there is not that two step process either @dabr .
I just do not know when OP travelled. So since the updates were less than a month now, I took a stab in the dark it may have been during the old way.

@esjliv I haven't purchased any add-ons for a while, but I'm thinking that there's no longer a two step process to purchase the add-ons since PM rolled out the newer version My Account.

If this was a Roaming Addon, they only last 10 days, so after this point will not show up under your addons.
Check your 'payment history' in your My Account. Do you see it listed there?
If you still see the fund in your available funds area, then you really never actually added the addon to your account. In this case, leave the funds there for future renewals.
