missing discount

Good evening,

I just activated a new plan earlier today using a discount code given by my cousin, which she says it will save me $10

However , when I check my card online,  it shows the system charged me full price + tax.  Please send it back $11.2  to the credit card I used

The $10 friend bonus is a credit.  You should see it in your My Account within 3 days.  With the credit, you will see a $10 off on your next bill

@rerteperte the code you got was a friend referral code.  Instead of deducting $10 from initial bill, PM will add a $10 credit to your account as Available Funds with 72 hours.  The credit will be used towards your next renewal
