I have signed up public mobile for 2 months already. My signed up credit $10 and my referee's credit has not been activated, too.

Heyy,
It's nice to have you here with us! So, what I feel is - it might be something to do with the system, so, feel free to talk to The CS Agent, as they have access to the system. They can open it up & see + work on adding it up. You can illustrate the situation to them & they will look into it!
As someone has shared the link before, feel free to use it to reach out.
PM now has a lot of people joining in, as other companies are continuously increasing plan prices + taxes, so, PM seems to be a good option, in which our side is looked into, a little bit. I hope it will get better, soon!
I would love to hear the good news that it got solved for you & you got the $10 promotion + your referee gets the points as well!

@Waie You will need to contact customer service. Tell them you signed up with a friends code (provide it to them) and neither have received the reward. Contact them at the following link:
