I just joined and referred a family member who missed entering the referral code. i can’t open a ticket or reach CS so it seems I need to post here and hopefully customer service shall contact me directly. Thanks

Your referral will need to contact customer support which they can do via the link supplied above once they set up their eversafe ID and choose a community "nickname". Have them ask customer support to add your referral code. If you also supply them with the last 4 digits of your phone # they can also double check that the correct referral code is being entered as once added to an account they cannot be changed.
As long as nothing has changed recently you will recieve the Cha-ching text the following day once the referral code is added at 2pm eastern. Your referral will recieve the $10 bonus referral credit within 72 hours but usually the next day. Your 1pt referral reward will be added to your account upon renewal as long as your referral has an active account.

Get the person who activated to submit a ticket to CSA to ask it be added.
