Hi everyone,
My daughter lost her phone. How do I report that to public mobile? Can not receive the 2-way authentication message on her phone to log into her account.

@irisxiaolu1 - Does your 2FA screen to login have a "Didn't get the code" if so, click on it and send it as an email.
If you have an "Resend Code" button, please try 4 times to incorrectly enter the 6 digit code, some have had luck for it.
Also, you should put your phone (If it is a smartphone) in lost mode. There is designated apps for Google (Android) Find My Mobile (Samsung) and Find My iPhone (iPhone)
Also you will need to buy a new SIM card (From any Mobile Klinik official store, and any TELUS / Koodo corporate store) or online for $5 on Amazon and $10 on Public Mobile's website.
