I lost my number as I forgot to pay for my subscription. Can you please reactivate it so I can pay and get my number back. Please reply if any detail is required. Thanks.

if you call 1.855.4PUBLIC, choose French and then enter your phone number, can the system find your account from the phone number?

Dear CharlieWhisky,
It was supposed to be 90 days tomorrow I wanted to make payment now but it said the subscription is not there! I have been a public mobile member with this number for 15 years now. Please do something so I can get my number back as this is important for me. This happened before once and they got my number back.

Hi, if less than 90 days simply log in your account and reactivate. If more than 90 days, unfortunately your account is closed and you lost your number.
You will need to create a new account probably with new email.

if you missed payment yourself, you have to login My Account and use this link to load enough fund for renewal
https://myaccount.publicmobile.ca/en/account/payment/funds/card
after you loaded the fund, wait 5 mins, reboot the phone and it should be good
