I signed up 10 days ago but still no phone service.  When I try to sign on to My Account it sends me a 6 digit code but as my phone says " Mobile network not available " I cannot receive it.  Therefore  I cannot contact PB as my phone  does not work.  Is PB available to talk to on the internet alone without using a phone ?

hi @williamceriharr if your sim not fully avtivated, you won't receive 2FA test and you won't get to receive via email or other ways

did you try your sim on another phone? tried Reset Network Settings?

Try clicking on "Didn't get Code". There should be an option to send to email. If there isn't, this is how to contact a CS Agent to resolve it.

The Public Mobile chatbot is currently unable to create trackable tickets for members who are unable to log in. So for this reason, please use the following link to contact customer service.
