I signed up 10 days ago but still no phone service.  When I try to sign on to My Account it sends me a 6 digit code but as my phone says " Mobile network not available " I cannot receive it.  Therefore  I cannot contact PB as my phone  does not work....
Have tried to transfer phone number to public mobile but it is not working.
