Once again in an emergency my phone says " used all available minutes " and does not work. I am on the unlimited Canada plan and I only use the phone about once a week.  My account shows only 0.11 used  out of 3Gbts. Amongst other things I cannot acc...
I am going to Mexico for a week. Will my phone work without an add on. My last provider just charged me on return to Canada or do I need to add Mexico for a week ? I might not even use it around the pool but might need it in an emergency.
Once again after just 3 days it says "no available minutes" so again I have a dead phone.  Michaelia sorted it out and all was OK for a few days ;  now back again.  What a system !  I think I will have to try another company but that will mean being ...
I signed up 10 days ago but still no phone service.  When I try to sign on to My Account it sends me a 6 digit code but as my phone says " Mobile network not available " I cannot receive it.  Therefore  I cannot contact PB as my phone  does not work....
Have tried to transfer phone number to public mobile but it is not working.
