My phone was taken and along with it the SIM card. I would like to continue my subscription and telephone no with Public, If I buy a new e SIM for a new phone how do I keep my old tel no?

On the PM app, login to your account and on the Account tab>Change Your Card and enter the new SIM card number.

@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx Once you have new SIM card in hand log into your account go to profile page and sim swap the number like this . Can get one from Telus / Koodo store or order from Amazon .
