It depends what the refund is for. If you were over charged, it will remain as credit in your account and will be applied to your next bill.

HI @odette from Feb 3 to end of the month, did you leave PM early? or did you not use the service during those days?
PM is a prepaid provider and won't provide refund unless it is a system problem. Did the system wrongfully charged you?

Public Mobile's terms of service (see below "Service Terms") clearly outline that there are no refunds.
Unless you can demonstrate a charge was taken after specifically requesting Public Mobile terminate service, there is little reason they would accommodate the request.

@odette , this is a prepaid service. There are no refunds for the current plan cycle.
