i dont get it, i have been  trying to register in order to create a account but freaking system not accepting it???? I have received the code on my phone, keyed in and did all that but freaking thing didnt go thru and now freaking  system tells me that email already registered  but when trying to login freaking system says invalid email etc.... this is total bs, i will move to a different carrier where i can call in to talk to a person.....

Yeah I don't think Public Mobile is a good fit for you @cuyanik. Public Mobile is only able to provide these low cost plans BECAUSE if it's low cost, online only support services. The moderators are very helpful however if you happen to have another issue, you'll have to deal with the support public mobile provides. If you can't handle it and would love to talk to someone, you'll be better off with another provider whom can provide that level of service you require.

I know it's frustrating to have problems especially so early in the process. PM has no phone-in customer support, so it may not fit your lifestyle. Hopefully someone in the user based Community can assist in finding a solution with you. Once it gets up and running, PM is generally a stable provider of inexpensive cell service. Hang in there but if you must go, we all understand. Good luck whatever you decide.

Try a different browser or incognito mode.  Sometime there is some issue.  Most experience no issues at all.  If a new broswer or incognito mode don't work then contact the Moderators

Try using a different browser or use a different email and see if that works, what happens when you try to do a password reset?
