I lost my phone, but I can still access my email account. Two-step verification is being sent to a phone number attached to my Eversafe account, which I don't have anymore. I have changed my password and can now log into the community, but not into my account.

its asking for the Last top-up amount and the date, Last four digits of a registered credit card, Account number ,Last add-on purchased and the date, Email address. but i only know the email adress and and last top up. how do i find the rest?

your original message was from last year? you have done nothing since?

Since you cannot properly login, you won't be able to open the preferred Chatbot ticket.  So, you will need to message them here:

You can click on Resend Code or Didn’t Receive Code and have the 2FA code sent to your email. 
You can access your account on the Community page so go to the 3 horizontal bars top right on the PM app then to My Account or on the website.

Log in again but when you tell it to resend the code, have it sent to by voice message.  Call your cell number from a different phone and type in your voicemail password to access it.  The 2FA Eversafe code will have been left in a voicemail message that you can listen to.
