Indeed @SKY12 , it's a strange system they built. Users shouldn't have to utilize such measures for reliable services.

Just tried opening in private mode, and it worked! Thanks all so much. Will keep this in mind in the future. 🙂

Thank you all for your replies. Just tried logging in again, but the website seems to be not working. The screen shows an image with circles radiating.. but not doing anything else. I will try to clear cache/cookies and try to open in private mode.

Logging into self-serve requires some patience, and practice. Even regulars find it frustrating at times. Some users here ALWAYS login only after using an incognito or private tab.
There are differences experienced whether using a mobile device or a desktop/laptop device. There are also differences which are browser specific.
Can you screenshot the messaging you're seeing when it appears you cannot access it?

@SKY12 Try again incognito private mode
Try again incognito mode /private mode or another device lap top / if the device your using has saved passwords and emails there are times the device tries to sign you in automatically let it happen and don’t hit login right away give the device a chance to log you in first

close all browser and clear cache/ cookies/ open inPrivate mode,from computer. ty Login again
