tried to login using my email and password, says it's disabled. what do I do?

I have to agree with 1h (at least). Just in case not to reset counter if your stopwatch does not correspond with PM's.

HI @Ali03 Technically both correct.
1 Hour is the official time said on PM Page
15 mins is the time some of the members tried and confirmed.
I rather say 1 hour, rather they wait longer and really able to login then they tested it too fast

Hi @seantrip maybe just a one hour temporary lock. Wait full hour and try again
If still have problem, open ticket with PM CS agent at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot. Follow this to get to ticket open screen quicker:
start by typing: Forgot login information
then click "Contact Us"
and Click "Click here to submit a ticket"
you will then direct to another page to open ticket.
After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent

Your account will become unlocked after 15 minutes. Try logging in again using Chrome. Clear your browser cache/history first and then go incognito. You can use the Forgot your password link if you need to.

If you tried too many times (5) to log-in, your account is temporary locked.
Try in 1h and use different browser.
If everything fails contact agent for assistance:
To contact CSA, there are 2 methods:
- Use the ticketing system for a faster response time (preferred method as Ticket is assigned and easy to follow up with CSA). Click Chatbot - Ticket and type ticket, then click on Contact Us, then click on issue you inquire about. Link for creating ticket will be presented.
- Send a private message to the CSA - agent by clicking Here
