I have exceeded my login attempts to my self-serve account. how long until I can try again?

Don't change password immediately if unable to log in. Try after 1 hour or so. If it does not work thy one of these remedies: Try using different browser. Try Incognito mode. Clear browser’s cache.

If you change password wait at least 15 min to try to log in.

If nothing works, contact agent.

I would wait about one hour and try again. If difficulties, you might want to try a different web browser, clear cache or incognito mode.  Or try from a difference device. The website can be finicky.

@sharonvos   i think they removed the actual account lock on the new My Account

 

Just wait 5 mins ,then use Incognito Mode to login 

 

If you still unable to login , try Reset Password link there. 

If still fails, open ticket with PM Support
