If you are trying to port your old number to your public mobile account and it won't let you, try opening a ticket to get a live chat with a moderator. The ticket will request information such a your SIM card number, and other verification details such as your address and birthdate.

There is no live chat with a moderator. The live chat is only for activation questions and is run by retail store staff. The people at live chat are not moderators and cannot access customer accounts.

If you are trying to port your old number to your public mobile account and it won't let you, try opening a ticket to get a live chat with a moderator. The ticket will request information such a your SIM card number, and other verification details such as your address and birthdate.

Once you have a chat with the moderator (which could take anywhere from 20 mins to 2+ hours), they will ask for your old phone number and account number. This will be used to port your number.

I hope this helps!

Are you asking about a blocked TCP/UDP network port or about number portability?

For a failed number porting request, you'll need to open a ticket by going to https://publicmobile.ca.ada.support/chat and typing in "port request".

Have your old carrier's account number or the IMEI of the last device that you used there.
